By placing your order with us you are accepting these Terms and Conditions.


PRICING: The prices payable for products available on our website that are set out in GBP if you purchase in another currency, currency fluctuations and credit card charges may make a difference to the amount billed on your credit card.

PAYMENTS: We accept Paypal and American Express, Master Card, Visa debit or credit, Apple pay powered by stripe to securely receive your payments over the Internet they use secure sockets layer (SSL) technology, which is the standard Internet practice and means your details are protected. Please don’t try to send payment details via email, as we cannot guarantee any secure transmission of details. If you’re still worried about security over the Internet, then please contact us by phone.

DELIVERY: We will use our reasonable endeavors to deliver the goods or services within the times indicated. However, where delivery times and dates are given, they are for general guidance only and we will not be held liable for late delivery of goods caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.


All duties and taxes are included in the price.


Customers are legally entitled to cancel an order within 14 working days of receipt of the product and to return it for a full refund.


dsgidigital.com guarantees your total satisfaction with our products and services. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return the items to us within 28 days of receipt of order and we will be happy to offer you either an exchange or full refund minus any postage costs, providing the goods are returned unworn perfect condition with the original packaging.


When you return your items to us, please ensure you enclose your name and address with the receipt and whether you require a refund or an exchange. Pack the items back in the parcel and send them to DSGIDIGITAL LTD, 229 King street. Hammersmith, London, UK  We strongly recommend that you send your order back to us by recorded delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

A prompt refund will be issued within 7 days if the item is in its original condition and all the information referred to above is received. The credit card used for the original purchase will be credited with the original price. If there are any problems with your refund, a member of customer services will contact you. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.


The advertising of products on this site is an ‘invitation to treat. That means your order is an offer, not a contract of sale between you and dsgidigital.com, so prices and stock availability won’t be contractually confirmed until you receive the ‘confirmation of order’ email despatched once credit card authorization has been confirmed and stock levels have been checked. These terms and conditions cannot be varied except by changes made by us on the site, which we may make from time to time. In particular, nothing said by any representative of dsgidigital.com will operate as a variation to these terms and conditions or constitutes a legal representation on behalf of them.


dsgidigital.com must receive payment in full for your order before it can be accepted. Once your credit card has been authorized and stock is checked, we will send you an email receipt confirming your order. Please keep this receipt for your records. dsgidigital.com reserves the right to refuse to supply to any person for whatever reason.


If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. In case of the already dispatched item, we will not able to cancel your order so in those instances please follow the instructions for ‘Returning an item’. Exchanges work in the same way. If you need your exchange to be processed quickly, it will be faster for you to claim a refund on a product by following the instructions ‘Returning an item’, and meanwhile place another order for the item you require. Although this will mean two transactions on your credit card, it is a faster way for you to get the product you would like.


If you should receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days. Customer Services will help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible by replacing the item, delivering another item by way of an exchange, or refunding the amount paid. The faulty item will need to be returned to us by post to the returns address above before the refund or exchange process.

We work to keep the site up to date but cannot guarantee that this site and its contents are completely free of technical errors, incorrect prices, or information. By using this site, you acknowledge that you assume full responsibility for all costs associated with all necessary servicing or repairs of any equipment you use in connection with this site. We are also not liable for any damages associated with the use of this site however caused. If you are not satisfied with the site, then please email us with your comments. However, your only legal recourse is to stop using the site.


Your use of this site and any contract between you and dsgidigital.com for the sale of products shall be governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England, UK and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England, UK. If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable for these terms and conditions and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any remaining provisions.
